Relaxation Techniques Class- $79

During this 1 hour, fun and relaxing class, you will learn relaxation and breathing techniques, how to focus and tap into your inner strength, and more to prepare your mind, body, and spirit for childbirth! This private class is in the comfort of your home with your birth partner (if you wish).

Relaxation Techniques + Labor Positions Class- $99

During this 1.5 hr class, in the comfort of your home, you will not only learn relaxation techniques (listed in the service above), you and your partner will practice a variety of labor positions to maximize your labor experience and keep your labor moving.

Basics of Breastfeeding Class- $99

In this 1.5 hour class, in the comfort of your home, you will learn the basics of breastfeeding, how to get off to a good start, resources, and more! This class has handouts, engaging activities, and the opportunity to ask questions.

Childbirth Education Class- $269

In the comfort of your home you will learn about late pregnancy, the labor and childbirth process, breastfeeding basics, postpartum care, and so much more! You will also create an affective birth and postpartum plan with your birth partner. This class is packed full of information, fun hands-on activities, resources, and the opportunity to ask questions you may have.
